Eth offers exactly 0 trust minimized transaction finality, centrally premined and thus centrally controlled networks like Ethereum or central premine controlled projects like DAI/MKR cannot offer any security or finality beyond the weakest link — centralized trust like any database. We have literally already seen arbitrary state changes by the trusted premine party hard coded into the base chain of eth which means 0 finality, forever. Hence why no legitimate developers work on Eth.
