there is zero difference. anything that was sold to raise money is a security. and they all have various types of utility.

none of those apply solely to specific token.

also, ICO’s are trusted distributions of centralized premines. you have zero way to know if developers bought into their own ICO. they are exact opposite of decentralization.

there are no intelligent people working on premines, ICO’s, or onecoin/ethereum’s of the world. anyone saying otherwise is simply dishonest.
