what were expired tx doing in a block? or was it just counting mempool tx?

were the pre-generated tx being fired at the bp node on same local network?

did tx fired by one bp’s “gun” get executed by another bp? (curious about pending tx sync)

what was the reason for the forks at peak? slow propagation? final block content depend on source of spam?
